Smoking Cessation

  • A 20-a-day smoker will spend somewhere in the region of £3500 a year on cigarettes.

  • No matter how long you have been a smoker, you can become a non-smoker for the rest of your life in as little as 1 hour.
  • If you can quit for 28 days, you are 5 times more likely to stay "stopped" for good!
  • It's never to late to quit either: your body will start to heal itself within 24 hours of your last cigarette

This comes as a 2 session package, although many clients find they only need the first one. Other clients find a second session really helps to reinforce the new "non-smoker" habit. And you needn't worry about gaining weight, as part of the treatment deals with that too!

  • 2 session package - only £150
  • 3 month support package – 2 initial sessions and additional sessions as required within 3 months of the first session - £250
  • 6 month support package – 2 initial sessions and additional sessions as required within 6 months of the first session - £350
